100 Thousand Poets for Change Celebrate Fifth Year

The 2016 100 Thousand Poets for Change Festival in Denver joined with more than 600 cities/100 countries to present five events featuring poetry, performance art, visual art, dance and music around the theme of “Clan Between the Wor)l(ds.” It culminated in a grand finale at Hampden Hall in Englewood, Friday, September 30.

KGNU’s Veronica Straight-Lingo spoke to Michael Annis, the Principal Organizer of this year’s 100 Thousand Poets for Change Festival in Denver.
