White House Buddhist Leadership Conference

“It’s clear to everyone that having the information about climate change simply isn’t enough and if we really want to see something happen, how do we address that and how do we hold that?”

Sherry Ellms an Associate Professor in the Environmental Studies Department at Naropa says that climate change will be one of the main points of discussion at the first ever White House US Buddhist leadership Conference, happening on May 14th.

Sherry Ellms and Judith Simmer-Brown, Distinguished Professor of Contemplative and Religious Studies at Naropa will be attending.
