  • Senate Bill 23-081 – Proposed fewer medical cannabis restrictions for patients and doctors – PULLED

 

 

  • House Bill 23-1279 – Allows online cannabis dispensary sales – PASSED, AWAITING GOVERNOR SIGNATURE

 

  • Senate Bill 23-265 – Expands professional worker’s right’s to use cannabis – PASSED, AWAITING GOVERNOR SIGNATURE

 

  • House Bill 23-1214 – Streamlines and expands cannabis pardoning – PASSED, AWAITING GOVERNOR SIGNATURE

 

  • Senate Bill 23-271 – Increases restrictions on hemp-derived delta 8 and delta 10 products – PASSED, AWAITING GOVERNOR SIGNATURE

 

  • House Bill 23-1020 – Preferential marijuana delivery and changes to CO cannabis social equity requirements – SHELVED
