Weed Between The Lines: Marijuana Sales in Lyons

This week Leland give us an update on the town of Lyons which was hoping to have a measure that would ban recreational marijuana within city limits as part of a special election in March. However this week town officials learned that Amendment 64 which allowed the sale of recreational marijuana says that any “initiated or referred” measure regarding local regulations can be heard only in the general election of an even year.
