Theater Company of Lafayette is back with their latest show, “Top Girls” by playwright Caryl Churchill. The show runs weekends February 27th through March 15th at the Arapahoe Center, formerly the Mary Miller Theater in Lafayette.

Set in Margaret Thatcher’s 1980s UK, this play examines the contrast in women’s empowerment between individual achievement versus collective action. Through the story of Marlene, a successful career woman, her co-workers, her family, and notable women throughout history, this play explores those themes with humor and poignancy.

KGNU’s Veronica Straight-Lingo spoke with Brett Landis, the Director of “Top Girls”, about the show.
