Co-hosts John Lehndorff and chef Dan Asher (of River & Woods) welcomed Mary Kay Buckner, of Longmont’s Buckner Family Farm and Kelly Kawachi, the Michelin-awarded head butcher at Boulder’s Blackbelly Market. They answered listener calls, discussed meat roasting techniques and sampled Hanukkah challah.
