Teen Pregnancy Prevention Bill Defeated

A bill to expand a teen pregnancy prevention program for low-income youth failed in the Senate Finance Committee on Tuesday. Republicans defeated the measure, sponsored by one of their own. Bente Birkeland has more from the state capitol.
