Tech Talks: Technology and our Health

Today’s Tech Talk episode is about technology and the effects it has on our health. Technology can benefit us in many ways, but that’s not always the case. We are going to share with you the research on the physical and mental tolls our devices can have on us. We interviewed students about their opinions and how they feel technology impacts them. Many of us aren’t aware of how technology can impact us because we are so consumed by it. So stay tuned and listen.
