Elliot talks about the support and help from mentors who helped her when starting her business.

As a strength and conditioning coach, Jess Elliot always knew she wanted to start her business but wanted to help athletes who plagued in sports that are generally not as popular as others. She started the Tag Athlete Guild where it is made up of the coaches and athletes.
