Taking Action: KGNU Series Introducing Peace Activist Brian Terrell

In continuing with our series Taking Action, peace activists talk about what in their early lives led them to where they are today.  In this edition, KGNU talks to Brian Terrell, co-coordinator with the group Voices for Creative Nonviolence.  We caught up to him during a 90-mile walk from the City/County/Jail complex in Madison, Wisconsin on August 18, 2015 to Volk Field where drones are piloted.  Terrell has done several stays in federal prison for trespass at different military bases across the US.  He tells KGNU that he was heavily influenced by meeting activist, the late Dorothy Day and also by sitting on the tracks at Rocky Flats in the 1970’s.
