Lafayette, Colo. — Yesterday was Red Cup Day for Starbucks stores around the country — Unionized Starbucks employees used the promotional day to start their strike for better pay and staffing . The movement comes as an effort to force the company to comply with recognition of Starbucks workers legal right to collective bargaining.
