Sofar Sounds Brings Adventure and Pure Music to Denver in Surprising Ways

Are you craving a wholly unique and exclusive live music event? Well Sofar Sounds has you covered. Sofar Sounds has existed for over a decade in cities across the globe, and which recently arrived in Denver. It’s a series of curated music shows devoted entirely to the musician and the experience of listening to live music. Here’s how it works, instead of getting tickets to the show either the day of or at the door, you apply for the opportunity to get tickets to the next secret show, up to about two weeks ahead of time. If you are among the select group to be invited, you then get tickets to the music show which happens in a secret, unconventional venue in the denver area. The location of the show is revealed to ticket holders the day of. KGNU’s Veronica Straight-Lingo had the opportunity to speak with Brandy Sachen and Ian Kueht, the Co-City Leaders of Sofar Sounds Denver. And Brandy began by describing her very first experience going to a Sofar Sounds Show.
