Sensi: Product Liability for Marijuana Businesses

Leland Rucker is the senior editor of Sensi Mag, takes a look at a lawsuit being filed by the children of a man who killed their mother after he allegedly consumed marijuana.

Rucker says this may be the first time a marijuana manufacturer and a seller have been targeted for this type of lawsuit.  “What’s happening here is a question of product liability and as the industry gets larger and starts to grow, we’re probably going to see more of this.”
