Saying Goodbye to 2025 and Hello to a New Year in Food

Remembering the Boulder area restaurants we lost in 2025: Breadworks Bakery & Cafe, the Roadhouse Boulder Depot, Johnson’s Corner Restaurant and Bakery, High Country, Farrow in Niwot, Bitty & Beau’s Coffee, Pizza 3.14, Myco Cafe, Runza, Fara, and Khow Thai. After a last-minute stay of execution, the world famous Dark Horse will be allowed to bow out properly in 2026 before the 50-year-old landmark is imploded.
