On Tuesday the state of Colorado officially authorized same-sex marriages after the U.S. Supreme Court declined to rule on same sex marriage cases. Former Boulder County Clerk Clela Rorex made history in 1975 when she issued marriage licenses to six gay couples. On Tuesday, she reflected on the past 40 years of fighting for marriage equality.
