Rain Barrel Collection Vote Delayed

A measure to allow people to collect rainwater from their roofs was unexpectedly delayed in the Senate Agriculture, Natural Resources and Energy Committee. It had strong objections from some in the agriculture community. Bente Birkeland has more from the state capitol.
