Radio Nibbles: Recycle and Reuse Produce

In this episode of Radio Nibbles, John Lehndorff gives a number of ideas about how to use the “waste” from all the fruits and vegetables being eaten out of gardens right now. John talks about different ways to freshen up water with the leftovers from produce. He also shares a tip about a base for soups made with corn cobs.

The best thing John has eaten this week was a meal at Balistreri Vineyards.
