As garden season is peaking, John Lehndorff talks about how to preserve our harvests. John also mentions the many farm stands around the community, the Colorado Farm Fresh Directory  and other state resources where you can find more information on where to get locally grown food.

John Lehndorff is the former food editor at the Daily Camera, dining critic for the Rocky Mountain News, and Chief Judge at the National Pie Championships; now back in print in the Boulder Weekly. He is also a regular contributor to Sensi magazine.
