Radio Nibbles: A century of Boulder food comes to the table at an expansive, immersive exhibit

Rachel Caraluzzi and John Lehndorf at KGNU Studios holding Nok’s Donuts

On Radio Nibbles, the history of food in Boulder was the main dish as host John Lehndorff welcomed Rachael Caraluzzi to talk about the new Boulder Eats exhibit opening at the Museum of Boulder. Lehndorff is the project’s Exhibit Historian and principal writer and Caraluzzi is co-curator of the restaurant half of the exhibit.

John travelled to Wheat Ridge for the best thing he tasted this week.
