Radio Bookclub: The Wind Will Catch You

The October selection for the Radio Bookclub is The Wind Will Catch You by Colorado author Michelle Theall.

This novel tells the story of two siblings, Sky and Ben, who are separated in the foster care system and who have very different outcomes. Sky is adopted by a wealthy family while Ben ends up in the juvenile justice system. Theall draws on her own experiences as a foster and adoptive parent to tell the story from the perspective of the children who find themselves caught up in the system that ultimately fails them both.
