Preparing for CU Boulder’s Conference on World Affairs KGNU News

The University of Colorado Boulder’s Conference on World Affairs is an annual event that brings together global leaders, innovators, and experts to spark timely, thought-provoking conversations on the issues shaping our world. The 78th Annual Conference on World Affairs returns to CU Boulder April 13–16, in just two weeks.

KGNU’s Abby O’Brien sat down with Jon Leslie, Vice Chancellor for Strategic Communications at CU Boulder, and Tamar Greenstreet, a sophomore double majoring in Accounting and Finance, with minors in International Business and Spanish, and who serves as the CWA Student Community Chair.

Tamar was born and raised in Boulder, Colorado, and has been actively involved in shaping programming this year. She helped select Malala Yousafzai as the keynote speaker, and has brought in local small businesses to be a part of CWA.
