Persephone Rising

The Eleusinian Mysteries have guided peoples’ spiritual transformations for thousands of years.  The secretive ceremonies were based on the myth of Demeter and Persephone. The Ancient Greeks learned the ideals of democracy from the same stories. Persephone Rising, Awakening the Heroine Within is a new book that uses the wisdom of these archetypes, such as the archetypal mother for modern relevance.  Host Nikki Kayser caught up with local author Carol Person to find out how to have a dialogue with the gods and goddesses who play in our lives in order to have more balance and meaning in our lives.
