OutSources: Remembering Dr. Janis Bohan

Dr. Janis Bohan was a member of the OutSources collective who was a thoughtful contributor to a wide range of topics.

Her intelligence, breadth and insight served with humor and cultural humility were helpful to us all. Longtime collective members Karen Raforth, Glenda Russell, Joel Edelstein, and Sean Kenney gathered to play some key clips from Janis’ OutSources shows over those tumultuous years of queer history that she covered with us. We highlight her work as a professor, researcher, community activist, and volunteer across many communities.
