Nixi the Pixi Brings Fantastical Beasts, Vibrant Colors to Valkarie Gallery Studio

Nixi the Pixi is an artist who works in both tattoo ink and acrylics! She’ll be premiering a new exhibition at the Valkarie Gallery Studio in Belmar tonight as part of their First Friday Art Walk. Nixi specializes in fantastical creatures and rich color design, and she’s kicking off this latest exhibition days after celebrating the birth of a child. KGNU’s Guy Errickson spoke with Artist Nixi the Pixi, about her work and about her inspirations.
