Boulder’s Office of Emergency Management reported Monday afternoon that the NCAR Fire in has burned an estimated 190 acres and is at 68 percent containment. News Director Shannon Young visited the site of the fire Saturday and spoke with people nervously watching the columns of smoke in the neighborhood below.
