Local Gold: The Blue Rider

The Blue Rider stopped by the KGNU studios for a live performance before the release of their vinyl EP. The band is named after either the controversial public art piece at Denver’s International Airport or the fact that all of the band members have blue eyes. It’s a mystery really. The one thing we do know for sure is this land-locked surf and psychedelic-infused local band kicks ass. Here is an archive from their most recent visit to the KGNU studio during the Afternoon Sound Alternative with Dave Blackwood.
