Leaders of Rocky Flats community groups are today filing a motion in federal court demanding that the US Department of Justice identify where it has stored case records from the grand jury case into crimes at the nuclear weapons plant. The DOJ has said it does not know the location of more than 60 boxes of material that were sealed after the court case. Attorney Pat Mellen says that the contents of the boxes could be relevant to current legal actions surrounding Rocky Flats including the opening of the visitors center.
