Boulder Valley Women’s Health Center is announcing they must withdraw from the federal Title X program after the Trump Administration informed Title X clinics Monday new Title X regulations, commonly called the “Gag Rule,” are effective immediately. Lisa Radelet, Communications Director for Boulder Valley Women’s Health Center explains Title X and how they will cope with losing 20% of their funding.
