“Guns to Garden” recycles and repurposes voluntarily surrendered firearms

On today’s program, KGNU’s Benita Lee talks Constance Holden, the co-chair of the Guns to Garden Tools Initiative that recycles voluntarily surrendered firearms into things like garden spades and even jewelry. Then, you’ll hear an update on the Bureau of Land Management’s revising of oil and gas rules from KVNF’s Lisa Young, for Rocky Mountain Community Radio. After that, it’s Chris Mohr’s weekly commentary, “Make Them Hear You.” We’ll wrap up with herbalist Brigitte Mars and her regular Wednesday feature, “Naturally.”
