Metro: Media and Democracy and the 2014 mid-term elections round table

Today on Metro we hear a discussion on media and democracy in the light of the recent mid-term elections. We’ll hear from a panel of writers from the Colorado Independent who spoke this past Sunday at the Unitarian Universalist church in Boulder, and it was moderated by Maeve Conran.   We’ll hear first from Mike Littwin, former Rocky Mountain News and Denver Post columnist and then we’ll hear from Susan Greene, formerly of the Denver Post and now the editor of the Colorado Independent. We’ll also hear from reporters John Tomasic and Tessa Cheek on the challenges of covering politics in 2014.
