Marijuana Taxes Ballot Campaign

Voters will decide this November whether Colorado can keep an estimated 60 million dollars in tax money it has already collected from legalized marijuana sales. As Bente Birkeland reports, Governor John Hickenlooper helped kick off the ballot campaign on Monday.
