Rosy reports about Boulder restaurants may not be giving a true picture. On this month’s Kitchen Table Talk, host John Lehndorff welcomes three chefs to talk about the cancellation of First Bite and the challenges they are facing: River & Woods chef Dan Asher, who recently closed Boulder’s Ash’Kara; Chef Natascha Hess, whose Michelin-honored Ginger Pig has struggled since it opened on the Hill; and chef Joe Mazzocco, who recently closed his Mama Lolita’s restaurant in Broomfield.
