Thanksgiving solutions, local dining history and restaurant challenges and food insecurity were on the menu Nov. 6 on a fun-filled Kitchen Table Talk, KGNU’s monthly, hour-long food discussion program. Hosts John Lehndorff (Radio Nibbles) and chef Dan Asher (Boulder’s River & Woods) welcomed pie-making expert, John Hinman (Hinman Pies), and Pat Miller, the 50-year Denver restaurant and radio legend known as The Gabby Gourmet.
