The June edition of Kitchen Table Talk opened with the lilting violin of chef Aaron Lande. He joined hosts John Lehndorff (of Radio Nibbles) and chef Dan Asher (of River & Woods) as well as virtuoso farmer Mark DeRespinis of Esoterra Culinary Garden. They talked about “The Bear,” cooking with fresh vegetables, the connection between music and cooking, and the power of no-till agriculture.
