VISIONS OF A BRIGHTER TOMORROW with Boulder Philharmonic Orchestra & Richard Scofano, bandoneon and 3rd Law Dance

$10 – $22For 75 years, the Boulder Star has represented the hopes and aspirations of our community.
Join us as we celebrate the anniversary of this cultural icon with the world premiere of local
composer Jeffrey Nytch’s Beacon. We’ll hear a beautifully evocative vision of a ‘world without
evil,’ based on a Guarani legend from Argentinian composer and bandoneon soloist, Richard
Scofano. La Tierra Sin Mal will be accompanied by the original choreography of 3rd Law Dance/
Theater, a local award-winning contemporary dance company. Finally, Brahms’ towering
Symphony No. 1 offers its own vision of paradise, especially in its transcendent finale.
