Concerts, Arts, and other events in the public interest around the Front Range Community.
Blossoming with the arrival of spring, our series finale fills the hall with the beauty of lush romanticism. Lili Boulanger’s vibrant, impressionistic swan song, D’un matin de printemps, pairs like a fine French wine with Saint-Saens’ virtuosic Violin Concerto No. 3, played for us by award-winning violinist Francisco Fullana, in his Boulder debut. We reach the zenith of Romantic passion with Tchaikovsky’s autobiographical portrayal of his struggles with fate, juxtaposed against glimpses of hope and grace, as we close our season with his dramatic Symphony No. 5 in E minor.
