Gift of Jazz’s newest performance series NextUp brings some of the freshest jazz-influenced music to the stage at Woods Boss Brewery.
Manycolors is a new four-piece band that opens up musical space by using a hip-hop format to explore chords and motifs usually reserved for jazz. Led by guitarist/producer Brant Williams, Manycolors explores new sonic spaces. The sounds of Manycolors have an initial groove of lush and spacious lo-fi soundscapes that surround the listener with layers of subtle textures and heavy backbeats. The group is an analog rewind with classic lo-fi piano over grooving bass and drums. Featuring Brant Williams, Braxton Kahn, Eric Luba, Kirwan Brown, and featured artists.
