I’m Positive! – Stand-up comedy show from Geena Andrews

June 7 @ 7:30 pm - June 9 @ 7:30 pm MDT

Dating is just sifting through a gravel pit for a chunk of gold. Take a deep breath of this gorgeous pollution. Breathe out all that hot fire you’ve been storing since you realized all your mother gave you was PTSD & a 99 Chevy Cavalier. You can’t keep your room clean, your bank account is bleak, the future is smoggy, and honestly- who can you trust when you can hardly trust this ongoing monologue in your brain? And yet… choosing to wake up daily and make it rain love and affection on everyone around you? How positive of you.

I’m Positive! Premiered at Edinburgh Fringe 2023.

Geena Andrews is a Brooklyn based artist, who’s work has been described as “comedy with a purpose”. Geena got her start doing improv at The Groundlings in Los Angeles, and started writing and performing standup in the height of the pandemic. You can now find her in dark rooms around NYC telling her silly little jokes.
