If you can clap, you can dance LaBlast® Fitness! Come ready to sweat and prepare to leave empowered and feeling strong! Absolutely no dance background is required. No prior experience is necessary.
About Lidia:
“Keep calm and Zumba” Hello! I’m Lidia, and I live in Boulder. I absolutely love teaching all Zumba classes. The reason is simple: Every class is a dance party! I am currently licensed to teach Zumba®, Zumba Gold®, Zumba® Toning, and LaBlast®. Come join me, I guarantee you will have a blast!
