ATTUNEMENT/ Yoga and Sound Immersion

February 24 @ 10:00 am - 12:00 pm MST

Attunement: To bring into harmony/ balance

During this 2-hour workshop, we will learn and tap into the energetics of self through a mini-lecture, movement, meditation, rest, and sound. This workshop will include an all-level slow-flow yoga class, guided meditation, and a sound bath immersion/ meditation, including crystal singing bowls, a gong, and other accessories.

Bring a yoga mat, pillow, blanket, journal, and an open mind to connect deeper to self!

Courtney Besser/ Intune Wellness
She started her career in wellness as a massage therapist 18 years ago in Chicago and later as an esthetician, spending most of her tenure at Four Seasons Denver Spa for nine years. She discovered Reiki 14 years ago, even receiving her Level 1/2 attunements, and resisted her intuitive nudges to do this work for a long time! A ‘reluctant healer’ until 2020 and the global pandemic, she released her resistance to step forward into her intuitive gifts and put her heart and energy into Intune Wellness full-time. Along the way, she received 500 hours of YTT from River Yoga in Denver, her Reiki Master certification in Denver at Green Light Reiki, and her sound bath facilitator certification from the Sound Bath Center in LA.

Intune Wellness has expanded to its studio space in the RINO neighborhood of Denver, CO . It has grown to offer 1:1 sessions of energetic balancing and attunement using Reiki, sound healing, intuitive readings with integration, and mentorship. Intune Wellness also offers in-studio and travel options for group yoga classes, workshops, retreats, and group sound bath meditations/ceremonies/ training.
