Antonio Lopez, Jeremy Dion, and Anna Cutler at The Velvet Elk Lounge

January 5 @ 8:00 pm - 10:30 pm MST

Antonio Lopez is a quiet man with something to say. His music is like an onion, each layer revealing more. His adept guitar work and composition skills are never used in a showy way but rather like the spices in a home-cooked meal. The result is a feast of emotions that delight the listener.
Antonio Lopez is a Colorado native of indigenous descent. Born and raised in Alamosa and now residing in Longmont, he grew up steeped in the Chicanx culture of southern Colorado.

Award-winning singer-songwriter Jeremy Dion is a licensed therapist by day who offers toe-tapping folk therapy by night. With soaring harmonies and technical riffs reminiscent of Noah Kahan or John Mayer, Jeremy has brought his musical optimism to stages ranging from the Boulder Theater to Edinburgh’s famed Fringe Festival. So whether you’re feeling up, down or just want a night on the town, Jeremy’s heart-opening words will leave you feeling connected, hopeful, and humming a tune — no couch required.

Anna Cutler is more than a singer/songwriter, she is an entertainer. Telling quirky stories in between heartfelt songs, Anna connects with audiences of all walks of life. She is best known for coming in the top ten at the internationally recognized Rocky Mountain Folks Festival Singer Songwriter Showcase earlier this year with her song “Candle”. If you like Norah Jones, Regina Spektor, Taylor Swift, or even Neil Young you should definitely spend your evening sipping a craft cocktail and relishing in some sweet and melancholy folk music.

Bar opens at 5 PM and happy hour from open to 7 PM. (21+) The Velvet Elk Lounge does not allow minors – No Exceptions.
