John Singer: Challenges in Regulating Marijuana Edibles

With Halloween upon us, trick or treaters of all ages getting ready to amass large amounts of candy.  This has led to some concerns about the possibility of marijuana infused candies and cookies ending up in the wrong hands.  Colorado officials have been grappling with how to regulate the growing edibles market.  State Representative Jonathan Singer from Longmont sits on a committee tasked with formulating proposals for regulation. He spoke with Maeve Conran about the challenges of regulating the emerging edibles industry.
