Ivory Tower – Student Loan Debt

Since 1978 higher education tuition has gone up more than 1000%. Student loan debt in 2011 exceeded a trillion dollars.  70% of students today graduate with an average of $30,000 in student loans.  Producer and Director Andrew Rossi looks at all of this in the new film Ivory Tower.  Rossi says now the ability of higher education to be an engine of social mobility has been compromised.
