More than 20 Republican-dominated states have filed a lawsuit to prevent the Biden Administration from lifting an immigration restriction known as Title 42. The restriction, which was revived during the Trump Administration, has created a bottleneck for asylum seekers at the southern border. A federal judge in Louisiana heard arguments on Friday and many expect him to rule in favor of the extension.
