International Women’s Day

Lissa Piercy is a writer and poet and currently is an honorary scholar at Watson University up at Chautauqua Park in Boulder for the spring term. She’s also a founding member of Flatline Poetry. She was inspired to write a poem “Women’s Day” after a trip to her mother’s workplace as a child.
