Honey bee expert & CU professor Dr. Sammy Ramsey featured in Nat Geo series “Secrets of the Bees”

The University of Colorado Boulder’s Dr. Sammy Ramsey is featured in the next installment of National Geographic and James Cameron’s Emmy-nominated “Secrets of” franchise.

KGNU’s Abby O’Brien spoke with Dr. Ramsey about his part in the series and what impact he hopes it will have on the way we understand pollinators. “Secrets of the Bees” will be available to stream starting April 1, 2026, on Disney+.
