Home Rule in Boulder County

Today’s guest is Mary Smith with Boulder County Citizens for Community Rights, a group of concerned citizens who came together over the threat of hydraulic fracturing  in the community. They are currently gathering signatures to get a measure on the ballot that would give Boulder County Home Rule Status.
