Hemp Industry Consultant Jason Lauve

Jason Lauve is the Executive Director of the Colorado based  HempCleans. a grassroots nonprofit striving for the implementation and regulation of industrial hemp.  He is a consultant to the hemp industry and along with Tom McCain was involved in bringing 350 lbs of hemp seed to Colorado from Canada. On June 14th the hemp seed was detained by US Customs officials at a border crossing in North Dakota.  Lauve has written to the US Attorney General and Congressman Jared Polis to ask them to intervene to have the seeds released. Lauve says that hemp has the potential to transform Colorado’s economy.

Jason Lauve holds a variety of materials made from hemp.  Lauve says the entire hemp plant can be utilized for everything from oil production to building materials.
