Heating Up Civic Engagement with Warm Cookies

Civic engagement comes naturally to some, but for others, it can feel like an anxiety-inducing, boredom-riddled chore.

One Denver non-profit has been rethinking civic engagement and developed a new curriculum. The organization will hold its latest event this Sunday, which includes their spin on seasonal almanacs and eulogies. KGNU’s Stacie Johnson has more.
