Grand Master of Memory

The World Memory Championships are taking place in China from December 10th – 14th. Last year’s championships took place in England and Colorado resident and School of Mines student Johnny Briones was awarded the title Grand Master of Memory when he memorized a deck of cards in under 1 minute. Briones uses a technique called Person Action Object, so every card or number has a person, and action and an object attached. He says that anyone can improve their memory using this technique.
